Our pilates expert (or, as Dan likes to call her, “The Mistress of Pain”) Sofija went on vacation on the mainland last week. And this is the omiyage she brought us: A box of Ruth Hunt candies. Bourbon balls, to be exact. And as the blue ribbon across the box says, “The Official Bourbon Balls of Churchill Downs and the Kentucky Derby.” I didn’t know there was such a title. Now I know.
So, yes. Sofija, the fitness queen, brought us chocolate. Very good chocolate.
